Elizabeth Williams

Elizabeth Williams is a partner of the firm and head of the Wills, Tax and Estates department and she specialises in all aspects of Private Client work.  She has specialist knowledge in Will Drafting including advice on Inheritance Tax, preparation of Powers of Attorney (including Lasting Powers of Attorney) and Deed of Trust.  She is also able to provide expert knowledge on obtaining Grants of Probate and administration of estates, and can help in related property transactions.  She has expertise in dealing with the Court of Protection and can lodge applications for the appointment of a Deputy and assist with the day to day management of affairs and the preparation of annual accounts.

Elizabeth was admitted as a solicitor in 1985 and has wide ranging experience in Private Client matters.  She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.  She can assist on matters ranging from drawing up Wills to helping winding up an estate and distribution of assets following the death of a relative or loved one.
